Salt is a new modeling agency based in Baja California Sur. We didn't set out to reinvent the industry — we set out to build the kind of agency we wished already existed. Salt was born out of need: models who wanted fair, honest representation, and couldn't find it. So we built it ourselves.

Our roster is hand-selected for international quality with local accessibility. We bring talent in from elsewhere for signature campaigns, and keep a trusted network on hand throughout Baja — so short lead times and regional casting never come at the cost of caliber.

We work non-exclusively. We're built to serve the model and the client ahead of our own margin. That's the representation we wished existed in this industry — and it's the same honest approach we'd like to extend to the brands we work with.
